Aric Rosenburger
Fonder and Owner
Aric founded One Source Inspection in 2018 and has since completed more than 2,000 inspections across Ohio. As a Certified Professional Inspector with InterNACHI, Aric combines over a decade of industry experience with an exceptional commitment to education. He has completed 32 certification courses and 1,129 continuing education hours. His background includes 10 years in the electrical industry, 2 years in plumbing, and 2 years in roofing, giving him a deep, practical understanding of how homes are built and maintained.
He holds multiple licenses and certifications, including: Ohio Home Inspector License (#OHI.2019005328), Radon Tester License (#RT1371), Commercial Applicator License (WDI) (#147674), Lead Risk Assessor (#LA9476)

Adam Westmoreland
Home Inspector
Adam joined One Source Inspection in August 2025. With hands-on experience in framing, roofing, siding, and residential maintenance, Adam’s background gives him a great understanding of how homes are built and where potential issues may arise.
He has completed Ohio’s required home inspector training through the American Home Inspector Training program, passed the National Home Inspector Examination, and is completing the state requirements for licensure. In addition, Adam holds a Universal EPA Certification and an HVAC Technician degree, further strengthening his expertise across multiple home systems.
At One Source, Adam simplifies the inspection process. He clearly explains findings, prioritizing safety and long-term value, and provides easy-to-understand reports. His approach empowers clients in their major investment decisions. Guided by the motto “Follow Me” from his Infantry background and the belief that “We go a lot further together than we do alone,” Adam brings teamwork, dedication, and integrity to every inspection.

Client Coordinator
Alicia joined One Source Inspection in March 2023 and quickly became the go-to resource for clients navigating the inspection process. As Client Coordinator, she oversees scheduling, administrative operations, and licensing, ensuring every client interaction is smooth, informed, and stress-free.
Clients often compliment her on how clearly she explains the process, how easy she makes scheduling, and the thoughtful recommendations she provides without ever pushing unnecessary services. Outside of work, Alicia enjoys an active family life and is involved in her community.
Paige Riesenbeck
Media Marketing & Photographer
Paige joined One Source Inspection in September 2025 and leads the company’s marketing efforts while also serving as an in-house photographer. With a background in management and marketing, she oversees the development of creative campaigns, manages office support tasks, and travels to job sites to capture high-quality photography that highlights the team’s work.
She holds a degree in Communications with a minor in Digital Design and Photography, along with two degrees in Business Administration from Sinclair Community College and the University of Cincinnati. This blend of creative and business education allows her to approach marketing with both strategy and style.
Paige is driven by her favorite quote: “Build your table longer and your fences shorter.” Guided by this outlook, her goal at One Source is to help the company grow and expand while building strong connections with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
